Online Payments
Where possible we try to encourage parents to pay for services using our online payment system. Payments for school trips, breakfast club, nursery, football club, music lessons, book and PE bags, can all be made online.
In order to pay online you will need to register and the information on how to do this is detailed below:-
- Go to www.schoolgateway.com
- Please select ‘New User’ and enter the email address and mobile telephone number you have registered with us.
- The system will send a PIN code to your mobile phone, please enter this PIN code and your account will be activated for you.
If you have recently changed your email address or mobile telephone number, please let us know so we can update our records.
If you are not registered with our Schoolcomms system and would like to be, please advise the School Office of your email address.
We do also accept payment by Childcare Vouchers and Government Tax Free Childcare payments. Parents can pay for extended school clubs using childcare vouchers by arranging payment directly from their provider to Giles Brook School. Once the payment reaches our bank account, the amount will be credited to your child’s account (usually weekly on a Monday). If you would like the funds allocated to a specific club (for example, Sunset Club), please email the school office on office@gilesbrook.co.uk, and we will ensure the funds are applied as instructed.
Please note that voucher payments can take a few days to process, so we recommend arranging them in advance.
